SO VEGAN has also been a mechanism for Roxy and Ben to pursue socially-conscious projects, such as their Lockdown Cookbook, which raised £8,000 for charities fighting COVID-19 around the world. The couple also collaborated with One Tree Planted to plant a tree for every pre-order of ONE POT VEGAN, the second of their 3 cookbooks.
